10:00 - 11:00 a.m. CST
Whether you're evaluating an acquisition, investment, or system integration as part of your pipeline asset infrastructure, this session will walk through a proven framework for identifying regulatory, operational, and integrity risks—and highlight the red flags that can impact value or delay an acquisition. We will also explore how new tools, including AI, are changing the way due diligence is conducted and how results can be structured to better support confident investment decisions.
What You’ll Learn:
• A structured approach to pipeline due diligence
• The importance of identifying regulatory gaps and integrity issues
• The financial implications of red flag findings
• Tools, outputs, and deliverables that support investment decisions
• The emerging role of AI in accelerating reviews.
Protect your capital investment. Join us on Thursday, May 29th, for an insightful presentation where Phillip Nidd, Director, Major Projects, and Ben Mittelstadt, Chief Engineer, will explore key considerations for completing due diligence in pipeline integrity risk and threat assessment.
Our subject matter experts will explore key considerations for completing due diligence in pipeline integrity risk and threat assessment.
